Types of participation

The following types of participations at the ISPROF 2013 are listed bellow:

• Participation only.
• Poster. Regular Posters (A0) must fit onto a 841 mm (wide) by 1189 mm (long) space.
• Shot-gun presentation for young sciencists. 5 min oral presentations (no questions).
• Oral presentation for advanced researchers. 12 min oral presentations (10 min talks plus 2 min questions).

For receipt, please include the address and number of taxpayers who wish to appear on the receipt.

The registration fee for participants and students includes:

• Welcome reception
• Access to the Scientific Sessions
• Conference Package (conference Bag, Badge, Program Book, Abstract Book etc)
• Breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee-breaks (per lodging day, if logged in Hotel Costa de caparica, see below)

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

• Welcome reception
• Breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee-breaks (per lodging day, if logged in Hotel Costa de caparica, see below)

CAUTION: To have the aforementioned advantages on inscription, the lodging during the conference must be done in the Hotel Costa de Caparica (conference Venue). If you are not going to be based in this hotel, then you will need to pay breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Please contact the organization if such is your case.

Hotel reservation will not be done by the conference organization.
